Description:
"Coulee" is a 4 year old, 13hh BLM mustang out of Antelope Valley, NV. This pony has been a fun little partner to bring along. He walks, trots, lopes, stops, backs, and turns on his forehand very well (still working on a solid neck rein but he nearly has it). He rides out alone quietly and has no problem leaving the group. He’s no stranger to crossing water and bridges, and this surefooted pony will climb rocks with confidence.

Coulee is not for a beginner, mainly because of his motor. He likes to get quick and has a big enough stride to keep up with the big horses, and is also very sensitive to leg aids. This would make him a great barrels/poles/playday prospect for a handy kid. He has been roped off, but not by me, and due to his size I would not drag more than calves.

He ties, loads, bathes, and stands to be trimmed all very quietly. He can also be caught easily in a large field and anyone can hop on him bareback and ride around in his halter. This guy could go a lot of directions and will make someone very happy.

I am heading to Houston from Wyoming in mid-October, and then on to Georgia if you need hauling.
