Description:
Looking for a person to be the Assistant Manager at our main ranch location. Will train the right person. Not afraid of a young person starting out.



Duties would include:

Manage crew of 1-7 people daily depending on time of year.

Take care of daily operation of the location.

Help plan and manage the calving of 1500 cows.

Manage all pivot and flood irrigation systems

plan haying and manage the hay crew at this location.

Be responsible for getting all fencing and corral repairs done for this location.

Be responsible for shoeing all horses at this location.

Halter break weaned colts and continue training through the winter.

Start and ride 2yr old colts and younger horses.





This division winters and calves about 1500 head annually. 440 acres pivot irrigation and 120 Alfalfa flood irrigation and plenty of acres of flooded grass.



The ranch has excellent facilities and equipment.



Job comes with annual salary plus housing.
