Equipment experience a big plus. Limited farming but we do feed with hay processors in the winter. Very helpful if you can drive a truck but a CDL is not required. Great attitude and willingness to work hard are the most important skills. Responsibilities are as follows: Operation and maintenance of all types of equipment, tractors and trucks. Fencing Moving cattle horseback Pulling horse trailers We have excellent equipment so break downs are minimal throughout the seasons.
