She’s 5 yrs old but has the mind of a much older horse. She is broke really nice and will WTL, pick up her leads, carry her head saddle horn level, neck rein, direct rein, stop and back up easily. She’s been ridden a lot around the ranch and is cool for the kids to go prowl around on. You can gather and pen cattle on her. She’s a great size and granddad can even ride her all day long checking fences. She has a good ground covering walk and can keep up with the big horses. You can be comfortable letting your kid ride out alone on her. She is an awesome trail riding pony. She will go anywhere including through timber, up and down hills, through water and over logs and bridges. She’s also really good on lead line and ponying behind another horse. She’s been ponied on the trails with a little one on her. She’s been ridden in the round pen and arena. The kids can ride her around the roping steers and track them for fun like the guys do when they’re roping. She’s been in parades being ponied off moms horse. She loves kids and is very tolerant for them on and around her. She’s been used for lessons. You can take her to playdays and use her for peewee lead line classes. Also for walk trot with a child riding alone on the patterns. No matter what they do you can feel safe with her around your child. She’s has good ground manners and does all the things you want one to.
