Here is a really nice vintage sterling silver and leather headstall. The leather on poll strap and cheek pieces were rotten so in order to save the Sterling from being tossed out I hand made new cheek pieces and the poll strap. The Throatlatch and brow band are thick Amish leather and in excellent condition. I just polished all the silver and its not marked. I think I did a great job and it came out just beautiful. It will fit any standard horse. The throatlatch is stamped W - for Wolfe. As you can see the silver buckles and Chicago screws are not small.
