Description:
Venture is a broke ranch horse that you can do any job on. Good to drag calves on as he will pull hard. Can pop whip off of him. Will sometimes get fresh with time off. Honest about it. For the most part, he is gentle to handle but can get a little bit watchy on the ground with time off. Cowboys horse. NOT a beginner horse. Covers country, currently on very rocky ground. Recommend bell boots as he strides out easy and can overreach. Easy to shoe. Does have scars as he has been used in rough country, but sound. UTD on vaccs. Been barefoot since the end of the wagon in November but I’ll shoe him and ride him a time or two before he goes. Selling to pay for a new saddle.
