I am currently managing a luxury 103 acre property, I train their horses and caretake 2 houses including landscaping. The ranch has been sold. I have my own equipment and 3 A.Q.H.A. horses. I am very reliable, clean and hardworking. Great credit. Widowed. I don’t drink, do drugs or smoke. I have references. I don’t rope, but I can fix waterlines and run a chainsaw.

I enjoy fixing places up. I raise babies, and I used to own a large stable in CA.
