We also have approximately 1500 acres of flood and Pivot Irrigation. This Is not a Cowboy Position. We operate ATV’s and Side by Sides to work our cattle, we focus on low stress handling. Job Description: Cattle Work (Including; Sorting, Doctoring, Processing, Branding, Moving) Haying (Raking, Baling, Cutting, Hauling Bales) All equipment is Modern! Maintenance (Oil and Filter Changes, etc) Fencing (Barb wire and Corral) Calving (Nigh Calving Heifers) Feeding (Operating Pickups with Bale Beds and Tractors with mixer wagons) Other Ranch Duties as Directed Benefits Include: Monthly Salary, Room and Board in a 4 bedroom Ranch House with all utilities paid, Beef and performance bonuses. We are located 4 miles from the Small Town of Broadus, which has a nice elementary and High School, along with a Clinic, Restaurants, Bars, Groceries, etc. The nearest Walmart and Shopping Mall is 80 Miles. Valid Drivers License is Required Experience is appreciated, but willing to train the right individual. We are looking for someone willing to learn how we operate, has good worth ethic and attitude as well and be able to work in a group setting and be a self starter when needed. Must be able to adapt to Eastern Montana’s Cold winters and Hot Summers. We are also looking for someone willing to commit long term, our small community is a great place to raise a family.
