Description:
ISO: Cattle Ranch Employee (sole employee) for semi-absentee Owner located 45 miles NW of Boise, Idaho.



Personal qualities sought in this individual:

- Self starter able to work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision

- Neat, organized and takes pride in the quality of the work product

- Honest, responsible and attentive to detail

- Good communication skills, both in person and on the telephone



Duties include:



- All aspects of cattle management (feeding, watering systems)

- Irrigation and water management of multiple private reservoirs, irrigation ponds and water lines, siphon tubes, irripods and canvas dams

- Ranch maintenance: fencing (welding proficiency preferred), land management, tractor work

- Light mechanic work



Recently renovated (2020) 3 bed, 1 bath site built home in a picturesque setting with total privacy is provided as part of the compensation package.
