Hello, I’m a non-smoking single woman, in great physical shape. I work at NRS here in Decatur, Texas and have been care taking a property for two years. I’ve been given notice to relocate as the owner wants my little barn apartment to stay in when she’s in town to visit grand kids.

I’ve got a year to find the right place so am confident something will show up.



I’d like to keep my job at NRS and find a place to live that can use my skills.. I’m a semi retired cow horse and cutter trainer, ride and show my 5 y.o. Dual Rey mare and have a new colt that’s just being weaned in the next few months.. a double bred King Fritz/Nu Chex to Cash bay roan I’ll start and show.



I have a vast background; having owned/operated my own boarding facility, trained out of private facilities. I have a background in Landscaping; I owned a Real Estate Brokerage in SW Colorado for 10 years and have done property management.



I’m a self starter, always leave a place better than what I found it and am trustworthy.



No dogs, one indoor cat and one good barn cat I won’t leave behind.



I also have a comfortable Montana fifth wheel back at my place in SW Colorado that I can move here if there’s sewer and utilities.



I’m small but mighty and never find a job too big. Please keep me in mind to take care of your place, you’ll be happy you gave me the chance.
