Description:
Hi folks!

Thank you for taking the time to look. I will do my best to describe to you in detail who I am...

My next position would ideally be to manage a conservation focused ranch with progressive owners that are interested in running educational programs on their land. My strengths are livestock, backcountry horse guiding & packing, hunting, hospitality, programs & education.

I am in transition currently and I am looking for a ranch management / livestock management / equine management (hunting, packing & wrangling) position in Southwestern Colorado OR I would consider a caretaker for a private ranch if it was the right situation.

I was the manager of Trout Stalker Ranch [www.chamatroutstalkers.com] in Chama, NM the past 2 years where I managed a crew of 12 on a high end guest ranch where we offered fishing and horseback riding to guests, as well as, ran a working ranch -managing a small herd of bison, cattle, sheep & goats, pigs & chickens. I also ran successful educational programs including a Women in Ranching Circle, horse clinics, butchery clinics, as well as, managed the ranch’s social media and built their website (I also have a fine arts background).

Through COVID and other life transitions I am currently in Pagosa Springs, CO. I would love to stay in this area of the country, but know that the right ranch will be calling me in if I start calling out to my community! I am excited to see where I will land. Below is my resume, but please email me if you are looking to see a properly formatted resume that is easier to read.
