Description:
“Houlihan” is a full made 7 Year Old 15.1 hand AQHA gelding. He has excellent confirmation with great bone and feet and is broad chested with a big hip and is deep through his heart girth. This horse is nicely trained with a good handle on him. Rides nice and easy in the arena with a good neck rein and moves easy off of hand and leg cues. He has a good stop and back up and will set back over his hocks to turn or roll back. Side passes to open gates, has a smooth trot and lopes nice easy circles. He is proficient in all aspects of ranch work including sorting, doctoring and branding. He is strong to the horn and will be quick footed when asked. Rides quiet outside alone or in a group and goes wherever you point him. Easy to catch, excellent ground manners and gets along well with the other horses. Gentle and 100% sound. $12,500
