She is a horse that will get you noticed everywhere you take her. She’s a very easy going mare that doesn’t get in a hurry about anything and is definitely a more whoa than go kinda horse. She hasn’t had any professional training nor any fancy buttons but she is broke gentle to ride and is an awesome little trail horse. She will ride through any kind of terrain, up and down hills, through water, over logs and bridges. She’s been ridden down backroads and highways and is traffic safe. She’s been hauled to Caprock Canyon, Dinosaur Valley Park and the Decatur National Grasslands to ride. She’s a good little mount for the kids to ride on the ranch with dad to push cows. They can ride off on her alone without issue. She’s been ridden by the grandmother to check fence lines. You can also pony her off another horse with a little kiddo on her and she’ll stay right beside the lead horse. She hasn’t had much arena riding other than we’ve used her at our arena to keep the roping steers pushed up the alley when we’re roping and she’s comfortable with that. If you’re looking for a very pretty horse that’s easy going, sweet, been a lot of miles and has been ranch and trail ridden then don’t miss Raven. She has great ground manners and stands for grooming and tacking up and for the little ones to mess with her.
