Description:
We have a litter of Black and Tan Kelpies from working parents. Parents worked on an East Texas sheep farm, which was sold in December. We are now in Houston and the “surprise” litter needs homes ASAP. Kelpies make great companions, are eminently trainable, smart as buttons, and take to herding livestock like ducks to water. They work with or without training, though obviously better with training and practice. They are smart and aim to please. Sire is Australian born, Dam from west Texas.



We are only asking for $250 to ensure responsible owners, and to offset vet and other costs (if you check with other breeders you’ll find this cost is a steal). However, you must pick up the puppies between Feb 9th and 23rd. After which the price goes up $25 a week until we hit $500; we simply don’t have the room and may need doggy daycare after then! If you are coming over 300 miles to pick up the puppies we will do our best to meet you somewhere to reduce your travel time.



$50 non-refundable deposit holds you a pup until the 23rd. We have mostly males, but also 1 female. Pick of the litter is 1st come first served. That having been said, we know their personalities quite well and can help you select the pup that best suits your needs. There are no runts in this litter; each puppy is energetic and adorable.



Update: Four puppies remain. Blue and cyan are already showing assertive herding traits. Yellow and red are more chill. No females left.
