Excellent conformation that is hard to fault anywhere. Thick made with big bone and foot and is built to last. This is a well-trained and handy horse that will collect up naturally and lope out of his tracks always taking the correct lead. He has a nice one hand neck rein and turns around and side passes with ease to open and close the gates. This is a forward and brave horse that’s outstanding to ride out anywhere. Bentley is a four wheel drive machine in the mountains and is sure footed and will go anywhere we point him. From crossing downed timber, thru the river and up and down the steep Ojai Mountains he handles it all with confidence and ease. He is a bold leader but will settle in quiet in a larger group and will go out alone. He is outstanding around our busy neighborhood. The barking dogs, bicycles and fast moving vehicles are of no concern to him. This horse is 100% sound and solid to ride anywhere and has super smooth gates. Great ground manners and loves people.
