Description:
Badger is a 2003 bay gelding standing 14.3 and weighing about 1,100 pounds. I have owned this horse since he was a six year old and he is easily one of the most versatile, easy to ride horses I have ever had the pleasure of swinging a leg over. He is an extremely safe, gentle ranch/rope horse that has been used in all phases of ranch work from calving, branding, sorting, and trailing pairs to pasture doctoring. He has been used by lower numbered ropers on the heeling side in the arena and is very push style. My daughter has used him in tons of women’s ranch rodeos and my grandson, (at the age of five), has also used him in the arena to run the barrels, poles and goats. Badger does not have any scars or blemishes and he loads, hauls, clips and bathes. He crosses rivers, streams, ditches and is sure footed in rough country. He will ONLY go to a good home.
