Description:
Our organization is looking for an individual with the following characteristics:



*highly motivated, organized self-starter



*must have extensive experience in cow/calf operation



*must be able to work alone ie. calving, doctoring, haying etc.



*needs to have extensive knowledge of cattle health and nutrition



*BQA certification a plus



*We are a regenerative agriculture focused business, so you must be open to adaptive multi-paddock grazing



*must be willing to learn and be adaptive to new practices and methods



*farm experience needed ie. must be able to run a hay tractor, shredder, no till drill etc.



*must be able to pass a background check



*must be willing to help out other divisions of our operations when necessary



Housing, truck and trailer supplied

Health insurance for employee provided after 60 days
