“Big Chief” is a gentle giant. He is 6 years old and stands just over 16 hands. This big guy is a dream to ride out on the trails and is nice to ride in the arena too. Goes both Western and English, rides around with an easy neck rein or direct and has a good stop and back up. He is a smooth mover with a nice and slow floating lope. We have rode him through the obstacle course and he goes up, down over or across whatever we point him at and has been started over the jumps. Big Chief has ranch work experience and has been used to gather, sort and rope cattle. He has great ground manners and a friendly personality. Gets along great turned out with the other horses, stands quiet while tied, loads and hauls with ease and is good for the farrier. Gentle and 100% sound. $9,500
