Howdy!



My name is Irving Hernandez, 24 years old, and I am looking to hire out to a cattle operation in the near future, by January 2020 or shortly before. Willing to travel and relocate anywhere in the US for the right job.



I am a recent Texas A&M University graduate with a bachelors in Animal Science. Currently working in Montana, but I’m originally from Texas.

My goal is to be a part of a large cow-calf operation that works on horseback, and is heavily involved. I am not green, but I could use some guidance in certain areas. With the right mentors/work group, I have a lot of potential.



A hard worker looking to ride for the brand. I have plenty of experience horseback: Monitoring, calving, doctoring, gathering, moving, branding, and maintenance of cattle. I am also proficient in ranch maintenance with pipeline maintenance, solar systems, tanks, fencing, and upkeep. In addition I am very familiar with working with heavy equipment, shop maintenance, farming, and irrigating.



Ideally I would work for an outfit that I can contribute to as a cowhand, where I can grow and reach my potential while being a valuable asset to the ranch. Looking to work independently, and as part of a group as needed. Ideally willing to learn from seasoned hands. I am a student of the trade, and any knowledge I can receive is a bonus and well accepted.
