Description:
Very remote guest ranch in Southwest Montana looking for highly experienced horse hand/wrangler/laborer for the 2019 summer season. Minimum of 3 years horse handling experience required. The ranch is not accessible by vehicle so you will live and work on the ranch for the season.

Minimum 3 years horseback experience

Proven riding and horsemanship abilities

Match guests with appropriate horses and rides considering their skill level

Maintain barn areas daily

Ability and experience to safely use and maintain tools and equipment

Preform any other ranch chores as needed. Including but not limited to the following: care and use of chainsaws, trail clearing, fencing, splitting and distribution of firewood.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks in the absence of supervision.

Yellowstone National Park and Absorkee Beartooth wilderness are the north and south boundaries of the ranch, so being in and exploring beautiful country are daily routines.
