Description:
Lilly is a cute, well bred 8 year old mare with a pretty baby doll head. Although she is registered as a blue roan, she looks more like a grulla roan. This is a very gentle, well-trained and exceptionally good-natured horse. She is very well mannered and acts more like a gelding. Stands quietly tied up close to other horses, as well as riding in close proximity to other horses out on the trails. Lilly has been rode by young children on up to the elderly Neck reins well, Has a nice slow jog and lopes out on cue. Great stop, back up, and side passes with ease to open or close the gate. She is handy and fun to ride with a great work ethic and a quiet mind. Rock solid to ride out anywhere and is an outstanding mountain trail horse. Crosses the river, streams, logs, tarps, etc and goes anywhere we point her with confidence and ease. She rides good in large groups as well as out on her own. Will lead, follow, or ride in the middle. She is good to pony other horses on as well. Lily is also very settled to ride on busy streets and is unconcerned with all that one might encounter when riding in an urban environment. This horse has been used for everything on the ranch from gathering, sorting, Pasture Roping, to working in the branding pen and doctoring sick cattle. She knows what a days work is an always gives you her best. This mare is an absolute pleasure to ride and be around. She is 100% in every way. A very safe,sane sound and good-natured Horse.
