Description:
Tango is a 13 year old pony gelding standing at 40” tall. He is a super fun all around ranch and playday pony. Tango rides in the arena or outside through pasture and down the trail.

He has been used for leadline for real little and inexperienced kids, for the kids to ride out with us to ride through and check cattle, track the roping dummy around, to do the playday patterns, and to trail ride. He does have some go when asked so I do not recommend he be turned loose outside with an inexperienced kid until they have gotten confident in a small space. He leadlines from the ground or will pony from the back of a big horse really well.

Whether you’re looking for a first pony or a step up from a first pony Tango fits the bill. He is the kind that you can leadline small kids on and he will take care of them, but won’t be outgrown quickly as he has some size and rides out alone very well. He walks, trots, and lopes as he is asked and has a great stop.

Tango is easy to catch and is an easy keeper. He has good manners and stands well to be groomed, saddled, and bridled. He has good feet and has never been foundered. He trailers really well and does fine in new places when you haul him.
