This is one of the nicest horses I’ve been around. He will nicker everytime he sees you and has the absolute best ground manners. Stands quietly for anything you’d like to do, even in new surroundings. Does not freshen up, rides the same even if he’s been off a month. Absolutely NO bad habits, vices or issues in anyway. He is big boned, has a good size foot and is made to last. Heavy made, cinches deep, big hip and chest. Has a great feel to him under saddle. Great neck rein, bridles up and breaks at the poll, picks up both leads, will turn around and has a great stop. Fantastic ranch and trail horse. He will ride out alone or in a group, doesn’t get upset if you split up and leave the others. He is not the least bit buddy sour - does not buddy up at all. He is relaxed by himself. Not gate or barn sour, rides honest. Will go anywhere you point him, in the roughest mountain desert terrain handles himself well and is sure footed. Also great in the city, traffic safe and is NOT spooky at all. Very trustworthy good minded gelding with a great disposition. Very smooth gaits and comfortable to ride. If you have a job to do or just want to have an enjoyable trail ride, Elvis is the guy for you. He is absolutely gentle for anyone, but forward moving and responsive so best ridden by someone who knows how to ride. He will make a great partner for years to come, and I know someone will enjoy this gelding as much as I do.
