She is extremely athletic and broke, and has done just about everything you can imagine. She has been used on the ranch and roped off of in the pasture, been ridden on trails, done dressage, jumped, carried a flag in parades, and has done barrels and poles in playdays. Rosie is pretty fancy broke with an excellent handle, and she will spin around, do pretty rollbacks, sidepass, and move off your leg. She is 14 years old and 14.2hh, nicely built and very cute. She is grade and we do not know how she is bred. Rosie is gentle and has never offered to buck, rear, bite, kick or take off, but she is quick footed and gritty and best suited to a confident youth or adult who knows how to use all of her buttons. Rosie is a pleasure to ride out in the pasture, crosses water with no problem, and isn’t spooky. She rides quietly on a loose rein and is just as happy riding on trails as she is being a performance horse. She is good on both leads, is a beautiful mover, and is very light and responsive. Rosie loves to jump and is very scopey. She would make an excellent hunter with just a little tune up. She also enjoys running barrels and has really good turns and zero alley issues. Rosie can be ridden by herself or with a large group of horses with no problem. She will leave the group willingly and will happily lead or follow. She has also been ridden alongside the road and in traffic and is not bothered by it. Rosie has excellent ground manners, stands quietly tied, and is easy to catch, load, haul, and shoe. $3500.
