We recently purchased her dam with her on her side and bred back the same way for 2019. Lil Pistols Smart aka Boonie is a very different bred package for us! We are excited to offer these bloodlines. Born 4-20-18, she has been broke to lead. She has been weaned, vaccinated and dewormed. Boonie is very smart and picks up what is being asked of her extremely fast. I really think this little gal is going to be a jam up calf horse or cow horse. She is athletic and quick. Her pedigree speaks volumes as well. Her dam, Easter Mae Cutie, is just a 5 year old herself and Boonie was her first foal. Her sire is Easters Jack Steel, a gray stallion bred by the WT Waggoner Ranch by their Jackie Bee stallion ,Tee J Jack Steel out of an Easter Gentleman daughter Easters Margarita. This is one of the main reasons we liked her dam! This is a very different pedigree for us, but we are excited to have Jackie Bee, Easter Gentleman and Waggoner Ranch influence in our program. Look at Easter Mae Cutie’s bottom side. Her dam, Playgirl Cutie, is by Freckles Playboy out of a Snapper Cal Bar daughter, Cute N Snappy . Boonie’s sire is Boot Scootin Boonie owned by Tay Weaver. He is a bay roan son of Smart Lena Boon who also happens to carry the silver gene too. We did color test Boonie and she does not carry the silver gene. He was never shown, but Tay and her family have used him for cutting, team penning, ranch sorting and roping. He is an smart and athletic stallion. Smart Lena Boon was ranked #1 for non pro money earning offspring in the 2008 NCHA futurity. His sire is Smart Little Lena earner of $743,275: NCHA Triple Crown. Equi-Stat #1 All-Time Leading Cutting Sire, an NRHA All-Time Leading Sire and an All-Time Leading Reined Cowhorse Sire, siring the earners of over $33,000,000. Smart Lena Boon’s dam is Bet Yer Boons by Peptoboonsmal.
