Orders delivered outside of the state of Texas will not be taxed. You can email Red River Arenas with your tax exemption card and all taxes charged during checkout process will be removed.

Be advised: Texas customers and non-resident pick-up orders only will have 8.25% sales tax applied unless you have a Texas Agricultural Number.
Texas Residents: as of Jan. 1, 2012, a person claiming an exemption from sales tax on the purchase of certain items used in the production of agricultural and timber products is required to have a Texas Agriculture and Timber Exemption Registration Number (Ag/Timber Number). To register, COMPTROLLER.TEXAS.GOV.

Please note that hog traps and fire pits are not tax exemptable in the state of Texas and taxes will be charged on both items.
